Blueberry Ginger Refresher
Indulge in a delightful blend of sweet and tangy flavors with this Blueberry Ginger Refresher!
Ingredients:
Blueberries, pureed
Dash of ginger simple syrup
Splash of seltzer
1/2 oz. lime juice
Instructions:
1. Puree the blueberries in a small food processor.
2. For every serving that you would like to make, add about 2 tbsp of the puree mixture to a shaker.
3. Add the ginger simple syrup, seltzer and lime juice to the shaker, along with some ice.
4. Mix the ingredients together and then strain them into a glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with fresh blueberries and a lime wedge!
